Below are social media accounts and apps from well known plant based cooks and influencers. Some may use oil but you can always opt out of that option when cooking. 

@forksoverknives: This account is based on the popular documentary "Forks Over Knives" and shares WFPB recipes, meal ideas, and success stories.

There are several mobile applications available that can assist you with adopting and maintaining a Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) lifestyle. While I can't provide an exhaustive list, here are some popular WFPB apps that you can explore:
